The R-home consultation service is an affordable way to get expert and professional architectural design service for your home renovation or extension project. The service is aimed at small-scale renovation and extension projects with budgets under €100,000.

ONE

Initial Meeting at your home to discuss the area of your home which you wish to focus on.

The information you provide us at the initial meeting (the brief) will be used as the basis for the design

We will photograph and measure the relevant part of your home at the initial meeting

TWO

Preparation of the survey drawings and 2-3 design concept options based on the brief

Drawings will include dimensioned concept design layout plans and 3-d illustrations.

Delivery of the design usually takes 4 weeks.

THREE

Design review meeting at our office to go through the design proposals and to discuss them in detail. Small amendments can be made to the preferred design.

At the end of this stage we recommend that the preferred design is costed by a quantity surveyor.
