NEW ROAD
This project was to renovate and extend a 1900’s soldiers cottage in Howth. We wrapped the side and rear of the original house in a copper and glass 2-storey extension, creating extra bedrooms, kitchen and living spaces inside and an eye-catching double height glazed room to the side of the house. Sustainable materials were prioritised, timber frame to the extension, low-carbon concrete floors, softwood timber framed windows.
