WICKLOW TOWN HOUSE
This new home is located in a sea-side town in Co Wicklow. The owners invited us to design a small two-storey house on the site and secure a challenging planning permission.
The site is bounded on all sides by existing properties.
Internally the rooms are organised around a central light well which contains the stairs.
The main open-plan living room looks onto a patio garden with views of the harbour and coastline beyond. Tall windows are carefully located to maximise light into the house and to create views to the outside and give the house a contemporary feel.
