RONEY POINT HOUSE
This new home is located at a sea-side location in Co. Wexford. The house and separate garage are arranged as a simple, U-shaped form. The buildings are in a contemporary-vernacular style with natural slate roofs and rendered walls. The house encloses a south-west facing courtyard which serves as an outdoor room in summer.
